How to Report an Issue

We hope you love what you’ve ordered, but if something is not right, please let us know. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, you can reach out to us within 30 days of receipt. Eligibility for Replacements

  • The item must be reported as defective, damaged, or incorrect within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

While we generally do not offer returns or refunds, we understand that exceptions happen. If there’s a significant error on our part, we will review your situation carefully and may issue a refund directly to your original payment method.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to logistical constraints and the sensitive nature of our products, we must specify situations where returns are not possible

  • Wrong Address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, it cannot be accepted back as a return. Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order to avoid such issues.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: Items not claimed from the courier or postal service and returned to the sender will not be eligible for returns. It's important to track your order and ensure you're available to receive it.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse. Each order is fulfilled with care based on your selection.
  • Rejected by Customs: If an order is returned by customs because of local import restrictions or fees, it cannot be returned to us. It is essential for customers to be aware of their local regulations before ordering.
  • Product Prepared but Not Shipped: Orders that have been prepared but not yet shipped cannot be cancelled or returned. Please review your order carefully before submission to avoid any issues.
