Please note, we are unable to ship to countries not listed above.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 1-4 business days within the USA, and 2-5 business days for shipments to other countries. Please note that these times do not include potential delays due to customs processing, which can vary by destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
All international orders are shipped from the USA and may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by local regulations. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their respective regulatory agencies. Arteon & Coeur does not collect these fees nor can we influence these charges as they are mandated by your local government. As these charges are outside our control and determined by your local government, we kindly ask for your understanding in managing these responsibilities.

For most of our shipping needs, including all express services within the USA, we rely on FedEx. For standard shipping within the United States where express service is not required, we use USPS to ensure efficient delivery. Internationally, FedEx handles all shipments to maintain consistency and reliability in our services.
